Norkis Cyber Park - Mandaue City, Cebu

Description

The Norkis Cyber Park used to be a nice park, part of the Climate Adaptation plans of Mandaue City. As of February 2024, Informal Settlers (IFS) inhabit the area. These informal settlers were allowed to inhabit this area by the City of Mandaue, because they lost their homes in a fire. Now, the park is partly destroyed and used by the local fire department to park their vehicles. In addition, machines for exercizing for young and old were built. Due to missing maintenance, these are now unusable.
