Benedetto Benfatto has a family business with the production of sinasappels and mandarins.his plants requires more than a thousand liters per 15 day cycle. For water he depends mainly on the rain accumulated in artificial lakes. In the summer of 2021 it went wrong, not enough water was available during a long and severe heatwave.
