The yard of this former public school in downtown Kingston was transformed from an area of asphalt and concrete into a green oasis thanks to three new trees, eight “sitting rocksâ€, a large new expanse of grass, and a garden planted with a number of hardy, low-maintenance plants such as Echinacea, sedges, daffodils, hostas, geraniums, and Achillea Red Velvet. (2015)
